Chef Scott Healy and myself (owner Paula Gaul) are pleased to welcome you to Fresh Café & Après, for a morning coffee, an après-ski party, or an excellent evening dining experience. We feature a healthy menu, with as much organic and locally-sourced ingredients as possible.
We open at 7:00 am (6:45 for coffee) with exquisite organic fair-trade espresso from Stoked Roasters in Hood River, as well as fresh baking and hearty breakfasts. We are not usually open between 10am-3pm, but can certainly be booked for groups of 12 or more.
We always show the World Cup ski races as well - gather around on the comfy sofas, relax by the fireplace, or enjoy dining in the dining room
Dinner reservations are recommended, as the restaurant can be full in busy periods, or could close early if there are no reservations, and we don't want to miss you!
